Date change assistance does not guarantee that a date can be changed. Changes depend on airline rules, fare conditions, availability, penalties and fare differences, all payable separately. The service fee is non-refundable.

This is an assistance and request service. Purchasing it does not guarantee approval by the airline, airport or other provider — availability, eligibility and approval are outside our control, and providers can change their rules, pricing and availability at any time.

The service fee is non-refundable, including where a request is declined, unavailable or affected by a third party. Any third-party fees or charges are governed by that provider's own terms.
