1. What the itinerary is

The Custom Destination Itinerary is a digital product created for you based on the information you supply — destination, dates, travelling party, interests, pace, budget and any notes you add.

It is a planning and informational product. It is delivered digitally to your account.

2. What the itinerary is not

The itinerary does not itself constitute a flight ticket, hotel booking, transfer booking, tour reservation, visa, travel insurance policy, airline reservation or any other travel contract unless we have expressly stated otherwise.

Where the itinerary mentions a provider, venue or experience, any booking with that provider is a separate contract between you and them, on their terms.

3. Accuracy and change

Travel information changes. Prices, opening hours, schedules, availability, transport times, entry requirements and local conditions may all change after your itinerary is prepared.

You are responsible for checking important information — including travel documents, entry requirements, health requirements, timings and prices — directly with the relevant provider or authority before travelling.

4. Delivery

Itineraries are prepared once we have your complete journey details and are typically delivered within two to three working days. Complex or multi-destination itineraries can take longer and we will tell you if that is the case.

Revisions within the scope of your original brief are included. A substantially different brief may be treated as new work.

5. Refunds

Because the itinerary is bespoke digital work made to your instructions, you agree that preparation begins immediately and that once the itinerary has been created and supplied it is non-refundable.

Nothing in this policy removes or restricts any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Personal use

Your itinerary is prepared for you and your travelling party for personal use. Please do not resell, republish or redistribute it commercially.
